Yes — that is a design goal rather than an add-on. The content model is built around how your team writes, and editors can publish without a developer or a deploy.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. The repository, the hosting account, the domain and the analytics property are all in your name. Nothing needed to run or move the site sits under our account.
Will it actually be fast?
Performance is set as a budget before the build and measured continuously against it, so it is a constraint during development rather than an audit afterwards. We report the numbers at handover.
What about SEO?
We handle the technical foundation — semantic structure, metadata, crawlability, speed and Core Web Vitals. Content strategy and ongoing keyword work are a separate discipline and we will say so rather than imply otherwise.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes. We usually start by auditing what is there, since some sites need a rebuild and some only need their structure and performance fixed — and it is cheaper for you if we say which.
